HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
This is a common condition that affects the body's arteries. It's also called hypertension. If you have high blood pressure, the force of the blood pushing against the artery walls is consistently too high. The heart has to work harder to pump blood.
Normal blood pressure 120/80 mmHg.

Elevated blood pressure:The top number ranges from 120 to 129 mmHg and the bottom number is below, not above, 80 mm Hg.

TYPES OF HYPERTENSION
Stage 1 hypertension: The top number ranges from 130 to 139 mmHg or the bottom number is between 80 and 89 mmHg.

Stage 2 hypertension: The top number is 140 mmHg or higher or the bottom number is 90 mm Hg or higher.
NOTE:
Blood pressure higher than 180/120 mmHg is considered a hypertensive emergency or crisis.

BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS
Bacterial vaginosis is a type of va**nal inflammation caused by the overgrowth of bacteria naturally found in the va**na, which upsets the natural balance.

VA**NA BOIL
A va**nal boil (also called a furuncle or skin abscess) is a painful, pus-filled bump that develops under the skin in your p***c area. It usually happens when the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (commonly called staph) infects the sacs that contain the roots of your hair and oil glands (hair follicles). When a hair follicle becomes infected it is called folliculitis.

A va**nal boil can also develop from a cut in the skin from shaving with a razor or other injury to the area. The bacteria will enter the body through the skin and cause infection.

WHY A**L S*X IS NOT GOOD

There's a big harm. Remember the a**s or buttocks does not produce lubrication like the va**na. You can hear a lady say shes wet, h***y which happens in the va**na (reproductive tract) and not the a**l ca**l (a**s).

The a**s or buttocks does not produce lubrication so trying to push in your p***s through the a**s can cause it to tear apart and bleeding may occur.

Another powerful reason why a**l s*x is not good is because it houses a bacteria 🦠 called E. Coli which is capable of causing infection when it makes contact with the va**na. This is also the reason it is advisable to wipe from the front to the back and not from the back to the front all just to prevent this bacteria from entering the va**na.

COLOURS AND CAUSES OF NI**LE DISCHARGE

White, cloudy, yellow, or filled with pus: an infection of the breast or ni**le.

Clear: breast cancer, especially if only coming from one breast; papilloma.

Brown or cheese-like: mammary duct ectasia (blocked milk duct).

Green: cysts

NI**LE DISCHARGE
Ni**le discharge is any fluid or other liquid that comes out of your ni**le.

Ni**le discharge is a typical part of breast function during pregnancy or breast-feeding. It may also be associated with menstrual hormone changes and fibrocystic changes. The milky discharge after breast-feeding usually affects both breasts and can continue for up to two or three years after stopping nursing.

Getting admitted to eating of red meats i.e warm blooded animals is not healthy.

For example.... If your addicted to stick beef meat or beef in general......as you grow older disease like high cholesterol problem arise....

One of the most common disease of eating fat filled meat, red meat, and warm blooded animals is Atherosclerosis.

ATHEROSCLEROSIS
In Atherosclerosis, there is clogging of your blood vessels with fats. This is to say that when you eat warm blooded animals, your blood vessels like the arteries, capillaries, and veins get clotted with fat tissues thereby narrowing the opening of the blood vessels (when a blood vessel is narrowed, it takes high pressure of force to push blood into it) which can possibly lead to Hypertension or High Blood pressure.
This is one of the major reasons why Hypertension is common in old age.

NOTE: Know the kind of food you eat as you are still a teen, adolescent, and adult.

TOPIC: MALE S*XUAL ACT

The first part of s*xual stimulation is a male results in production of er****on (rising or standing of the p***s)

CAUSES OF ER****ON IN MALES
Er****on is caused by
1. psychogenic stimuli
2. somatogenic stimuli (touching)

PSYCHOGENIC STIMULI
This causes stimulation of efferent nerves to the p***s via the limbic system from sensory cues such as images.

This is to say that you can get erected or your p***s will stand on it own when you look at s*xy images, p**n pictures etc. There is no need for a lady to touch you before you get erected.

SOMATOGENIC STIMULI
In this case, it happens like the psychogenic (no touching by a female), but this requires touching of the p***s for one to get erected.

WHAT IS THE MOST SENSITIVE PART IN THE MALE
The most sensitive part in the male when it comes to s*xual arousal is the "g***s of p***s". Because it contains sensory nerve signals for initiating of male s*xual act and it has sensory end organ system that transmits into the Central nervous system (CNS).

This is to say that when a lady touches the g***s of the male p***s, signals are are easily transmitted to the sacral portion of the spinal cord and to the cord of undefined areas of the brain.

GRAY MENSTRUAL BLOOD: As a lady, whenever you see a gray or off-white discharge it's very important to contact your doctor.

GRAY BLOOD IS ASSOCIATED WITH:

1. INFECTION: This may indicate that you have an Infection like Bacteria Vaginosis or other signs of infection like:
Itching
Fishy or foul odour
Pain
Fever.

ORANGE MENSTRUAL BLOOD: When blood mixes with cervical fluids, it may become orange. You may see orange discharge and this is the same reason you see pink discharge too.

ORANGE MENSTRUAL BLOOD IS ASSOCIATED WITH:

1. INFECTION: Any abnormally coloured or usual discharge may be a sign of bacteria infection or Sexually transmitted infections (STI).

2. IMPLANTATION SPOTTING: Some women always report that they normally see orange or pink spotting around the time of suspected implantation or 10-14daya after getting pregnant. If you experience spotting that doesn't turn into a period, you should go for a pregnancy test.

PINK MENSTRUAL BLOOD FLOW: You may experience a pink blood flow at the beginning or end of your period especially when your spotting. This lighter shades means that the blood has mixed with cervical fluid and then diluting it's hue.

PINK BLOOD IS ASSOCIATED WITH:

1. Low Estrogen Level: sometimes pink menstrual blood may indicate low estrogen level in the body.
The estrogen helps to stabilize the lining of the womb (uterus). Without this hormone, you will continue shading this lining throughout your menstrual cycle which will result to spotting of different colours.

CAUSES OF LOW ESTROGEN LEVEL
1. Hormonal birth control that doesn't contain estrogen.

MISCARRIAGE× If you are pregnant, a flow or clear or pink fluid from your va**na may be a sign of miscarriage.
Other signs include:
Passage of tissues
Cramping
Loss of Pregnancy symptoms etc.

4. BRIGHT RED MENSTRUAL BLOOD: Whenever your period starts with bright red bleeding, it means that the blood is fresh and is flowing quickly. The blood may stay this way throughout your period or it may darken as your flow slows down.

RED BLOOD IS ASSOCIATED WITH:

1. INFECTION:
Some infections like Chlamydia and gonorrhea which may cause bleeding within period.
If you see blood before your due to start your period, please ladies see a doctor.

2. PREGNANCY: This color might be a sign of pregnancy. Also do well to see a doctor...

3. FIBROIDS: This is a non-cancerous growth in the uterus which may cause heavy flow during your periods or other times throughout your menstrual cycle. Some small or large cause of this a pain and pressure.

3. DARK RED MENSTRUAL BLOOD: This is experienced upon waking during your period or after you have been lying down for a while.
The deep colour simply means that the blood has been sitting in the uterus (womb) for a while but has not oxidized to the point of turning brown.
