HOW TO STORE YOUR DRIED VEGETABLES.

All you need is an air tight container/bucket, away from sunlight, store in a cool dry place.

Also your vegetables can last upto 8 months depends on your usage.

Yes, It will still retain it's Colour, Taste & Nutrients because it was dehydrated & not sun dried.

Things to note when buying palm oil.

* Grade A (Enu mmanu):This is the best oil gotten from the first press from the mill after the palm fruit has been cooked. It has very low water content,a beautiful aroma, a little shake makes the oil flow freely,it doesn't sleep,the taste is good and never leaves a greasy aftertaste @ the back of your tongue.

* Grade B (Asarasa mmanu): This is an opposite of Grade A. After the first press to get Grade 1 Oil,the cooked palm fruit & chaff is covered and left for a few days. It is then taken back to the mill to extract whatever remains. It has a high water content ratio. What you find in the market is mostly a 30/70 mixture ratio of Grade A and B.

* Grade C: This is the after remains/waste known as Sludge bought by most manufacturing companies.

The colour and texture of palm oil depends on the specie of palm tree (Agric or local) breed. Taste and smell is very important in choosing the right palm oil.
