A little introduction about myself 😊

To all my followers both new and old.

I am Abigail Ini-Abasi Ekpenyong, a passionate and certified chef in Nigeria, 11th December is my birthday and my parents are from Akwa Ibom State which makes me an indigene of same state and I also happened to marry a sweet, caring and endearing man (also blessed with a son)from Akwa Ibom as well which means no leave nor transfer for me again 😄

I am the C.E.O. of Biggies Delight Integrated Services and a graduate of the University of uyo who studied Business Education (management option) precisely, though in the long run I have taken the 'Business' part and left the 'Education' aspect for it's owners 😊

The idea of my brand started in 2017 just before I left for NYSC; with an ushering outfit in which my first job was at my sister's wedding which is and has always been a strong supporter of the brand. Afterwards, I Left for service and started making plans to open the Business officially, get it registered with help of my Dad, while pursuing my masters but fate had a different plan, thus; the death of my father which completely shattered me and overhauled everything.

Fast-forward to end of 2018/19 I finally got the business registered with CAC and I registered as a food vendor in Akwa Ibom State NYSC camp(during their 3 weeks orientation camp) and started 'Biggies kitchen'. I gathered lots of experiences and knowledge while running such outfit which in turn prepared me for the bigger picture. My last gig there ended in 'Premium tears 😂😂😂.I was emotionally at a very bad place in my life and it in turn affected the business thus I lost a lot of money and went into debt, but I survived 😃

In 2020 during the lockdown, a re-structuring happened and by may 2020 I started an online food order and delivery service . Went into Foodtray platters with the amiable as our first client, delivered over100trays.

I have catered for over 5000 persons and counting, certified with and currently undergoing a training with .

My vision is to become a house hold name that serves healthy and appetizing meals.
