PROVOKING THE WONDERS OF GOD

Exodus 15:11 Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

A. Wonders of God is undefinable experience of God miracles
B. Wonders of God is the unfailing love of God show to mankind
C. Wonders of God is the ability of God to make impossibility possible or brings invisible things to be visible.
D. Wonders of God is God's surprises

Some few examples of God's wonders in the Bible.
1. God formed man from the dust
Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

2. God performed wonders with the red Sea
Exodus 14:16-17 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.

3. God performed wonders with fish and Jonah
Jonah 1:17 Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

HOW TO PROVOKE THE WONDERS OF GOD

1. You must totally surrender unto God will. 2Chro.7:14

2. Spend time with God word

3. make your faith to always be alive all the times.
Only those that lives by faith can only have God’s wonders in abundance. Hebrews 11:6

4. Be fervent(burning) in your prayers
James 5:17-18 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

5. Total obedience to God commandment
Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

6. Put the testimony of God to practice
Revelation 12:11a "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony"

O Lord show me your wonders and let my enemies be put to shame

Job 9:10 Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.
Lord show me wonders without number in this remaining part of this year in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen

*Look beyond Your Limitations*

Pray for us, too, that God will give us many opportunities to speak about His mysterious plan concerning Christ. That is why I am here in chains. (Colossians 4:3, NLT)

When Paul wrote this verse, he was in chains in prison. He was arrested for preaching the gospel. Everything in his surroundings shouted “limitations.” But instead of looking at his surroundings, Paul kept his eyes on the limitless God. He kept looking for the open door of opportunity that God would have for him next.

No matter what “chains” you may feel like you are in today, remember, we serve a God who’s in the business of setting people free, and He has equipped you with His power. When doors seem closed all around you, when your surroundings look limited, when you feel like you’re in chains, remember, God is still at work. He’s promised to walk with you all the days of your life. Keep your hopes up. Keep expecting. Keep believing. Like Paul, pray for those opportunities to be opened to you!

Father, I choose to take my eyes off of my surroundings and focus on You. I trust that You are working behind the scenes, opening doors of opportunity in Jesus name. Amen
