Over the weekend, Drawbridge CM engaged management staff of HASAL Microfinance Bank LTD in a 2-day workshop centered on strengthening the HASAL brand for sustainable profitability by promoting a safe working environment and productive workforce.

Seven sessions were had, including assessments for the growth and development of the participants and the bank at large.

Trainings like this strengthen the fabric of brand knowledge internally to better promote the brand externally.

In March 2022, Heineken launched a campaign promoting its new product which had "zero calories, tastes of nothing, can't be drank and made up of 100% computer generated ingredients".

Brewed in the virtual universe, Decentraland, Heineken Silver, was the brand's way of reinforcing the need for the real world for a full experience of certain products.

Bram Westenbrink, global head of Heineken said: "Our new virtual beer, Heineken Silver, is an ironic joke. It is a self-aware idea that pokes fun at us and many other brands that are jumping into the metaverse with products that are best enjoyed in the real world. For now, you can't taste pixels and bytes. So, we want to make a joke about that and remind everyone that nothing beats the taste of a refreshing beer, including our new virtual Heineken Silver, in the real world."

The campaign was a stellar success that rode on the metaverse wave. It was Heineken's most successful brand launch in history. It had over 2 billion impressions in the Metaverse within a few months and made headlines in 11 countries.

What was more ingenious was that it was a prelude to the launch of an actual physical beer targeted a Gen Z's who are the more engaged audience in the Metaverse.
