I have many students and clients ask me “what’s mine and what’s the other’s?”

I needed a mother hug (since mine passed away it’s special when I receive this)

Blindfolded, she sat through it on a chair and journeyed while others danced around her.

Always grateful for the trust and I am always amazed at what insights people receive from their own wisdom, nature and Spirit.

Entering our 16th summer together ♡

I’m so grateful. We got together the complete opposite way around.
We both had young kids from a previous relationship.

We got to know one another, hardly dated (I was in my own) - and we had the hard task of raising a blended family.

We supported one another to grow. Through our conditioning, imprinting, and sickness hurt.
We grew ourselves up while growing up the kids.

We chose consciousness and connection

Now, they are ready to be on their own, we find ourselves:

Rediscovering who we are
Our rhythm

We chose truth, vulnerability and kindness

And of course - a long awaited honeymoon is what we are looking forward to!!

Our body initiates us through our 4 phases:

Many know then to be : Maiden, Mother , Crone. Though I experience my phases as following

* our first bleed - we become a women
* MotherHood - we become present
* Medicine Woman- we are transforming(we are in our perimenopause)
* Wise and Wild Woman- Crone (menopause)

With each phase there is a “death,” a psychic loss and there is a TREMENDOUS rebirth and a gaining of power through and wisdom… these are called our

Rite of Passages

Once you become a Crone you will never bleed again AND your senses deepen, gain great humour and hold the wisdom of your cycles inside of you to share with your community.

When we hold ritual to make these momentous transitions, we prepare ourselves for the next phase emotionally, spiritually and psychically.

Sisters, these are beyond the overculture’s ceremonies which are , baby showers, birthdays, weddings and funerals…

These are initiations that need recognition and honouring to reclaim our woman’s ways.
