Why do most tourists come to Georgia?

1. Georgians look after their guests
2. The local cuisine is delicious ... try to pronounce khinkali (meat dumplings) khachapuri (a pizza-like cheese pie) … it’s even sounds yamm
3. It’s a wine-making destination - people have been making wine here for at least 8,000 years, using egg-shaped clay jars called qvevri.
4. The country is naturally beautiful
5. You can soak in relaxing sulphur baths

But if you can't visit Georgia right now and there is no any Georgian restaurant nearby - go to www.tikawine.com and buy bottle of wine 🍷 invite friends and have a great time 😍😍😍😍😍

The OIV is an intergovernmental organisation of a scientific and technical nature of recognised competence for its works concerning vines, wine, wine-based beverages, table grapes, raisins and other vine-based products.

8th category - The definition of a new product category will promote awareness of wines made in Qvevris among professionals and consumers, so that they may be judged and appreciated taking into account their production method and particular taste characteristics.

This production method imparts particular taste characteristics and a sometimes orange-amber colour to wines.

Have you heard about Amber revolution?

If not, it is a right time to read the book of Simon J Woolf "Amber revolution".

The world's first book to tell the full, forgotten story of orange wines - white wines made like a red, fermented with their skins.

Learn about the backstory - the many millennia of history in Georgia, the traditions in Friuli and Slovenia. Discover how these wines are made, why they taste different, where to buy & how to enjoy.

and I'm sure you will be tempted to taste georgian authentic amber wine.

IT's easy to buy online www.tikawine.com with worldwide shipping.

Wondering what to see in Georgia and where to go in this beautiful country in the Caucasus?

Keep this post and discover 5 amazing places to visit in Georgia:

1. 👋Tbilisi 👋 is the capital city and one of the best cities in Georgia to visit. It has been the capital of Georgia since the 6th century.

2. 🏞Mtskheta is the religious capital, the spiritual heart, and therefore the most important city of Georgia. It used to be the capital city before King Gorgasali changed his base to Tbilisi.

3. 💗Sighnaghi💗 is perhaps Georgia's single most attractive town, with an amazing position perched on a lofty hilltop facing the snowcapped Caucasus looming in the distance across the vast Alazani valley. Full of 18th- and 19th-century architecture. It is also called the city of love. The unique painting collection of the world's greatest self-taught artist, Niko Pirosmanashvili, is also kept here.

4. 🍇The Kakheti🍇Wine Region is located in the eastern part of Georgia and comprises two river basins, Ivri and Alazani. These rivers have a significant influence on the character of Kakhetian wines. Some of the best food & wine of Georgia, beautiful tiny streets and houses with colorful wooden balconies, breathtaking views over the Alazani valley, the smell coming from the bakeries, a variety of fancy castles and small family-owned wine cellars and vineyards.

5. ☀️Batumi ☀️ is a modern city on the coast of the Black Sea. It’s the second biggest city in Georgia and honestly, it doesn’t really feel like you’re in Georgia. The architecture is a combination of European and Asian styles, often mixed with fairy-tale-like towers, statues and buildings created by some hallucinating architects. This is especially visible at night when the majority of the building is lit up and bathing in the colors of the rainbow.

Where would you like to go first?
