Chocolates Shelf Life⚠️
Let me start by saying that my chocolates contain absolutely no preservatives. None. At all.
So the shelf life of chocolate bars and bonbons is very limited❗️
Now more about the shelf life of bonbons.
The shelf life of bonbons depends on the filling.
🍬Cheesecake bonbons are 3-5 days maximum.
🍬Bonbons with fruit ganache up to 7 days.
🍬Bonbons with cream ganache up to 20 days.
🍫Shelf life of chocolate bars with fruit, berries and nuts is 60 days.
🍫Chocolate bars without additives can retain their properties and taste up to 6 months.
The shelf life has been tested on myself and my relatives😁
Naturally, all chocolate products should be stored properly, in this case, they will please you longer😊

The thinner the bonbon shell, the more professional the chocolatier is💪🏻
In the photo you see a shell that is only 0.8 millimeters thick!

The choice in favor of handmade chocolates✅
Store cakes and cakes from home confectioners are quite simple here.
Just look at the huge composition on the packaging of desserts in the supermarket😅
But what about the chocolate? After all, one product is taken as the basis. Yes, but it's not that simple.
The same ingredients are indeed taken as the basis - cocoa beans/cocoa butter/sugar, but what to add to them is the question🤔
1. There are only 3 - 4 ingredients in my chocolate, and as a nice bonus, no refined sugar. Instead of sugar, I use erythritol and stevia in my chocolate.
2. There is a separate focus on fillings. As you know from my stories, my fillings are all natural and high quality. If the filling is mango - passion fruit, there is nothing but that fruit. If the filling is coffee, then only coffee beans, cream and chocolate.
3. Author’s packaging for each bar. This is another big plus in favor of a dessert from a chocolatier. Visual packaging is very important, especially as a gift. I always pay special attention to this aspect.
What can I say? Artisan desserts are always tastier and better than sweets from the store. I want you to always make a choice in favor of yourself and healthy sweets lift your spirits❤️

Each new filling is painstaking work.
And you can probably only guess how much time it takes to select the ingredients.
Each of my fillings is an author's creation🎨
I think of one taste or another and go into the kitchen to experiment.
And then tasting, tasting and tasting again!😁
It's all very interesting and not fast at all.
Sometimes it happens that the stuffing doesn't pass the test until the sixth time, as I'm very picky about taste and consistency.
I remember creating each taste.
There are times when I change existing fillings because with experience comes an understanding of how to make even better and tastier✨
