For as long as I remember I have been using essential oils to help me with a variety of things: eucalyptus and oregano to fight cold and flu, lemon to boost activity, lavender for relaxation and better asleep, ylang ylang for a soothing bath experience. Once you open this Pandora box you see that the benefits are countless. Now that we’ve tapped into this world of knowledge, we want to share with you all the wonders that we know earth can do. La Gardu means ‘pleasant & aromatic’ and is created to add a healthy enjoyable spin to the spaces that we spend most of our days in. Being hit by the pandemic and spending days indoors made us realise that this is the space where we work, exercise and entertain ourselves and it needs some joy and creativity.
La Gardu is here to spread this little package of positivity to the rest of the optimistic rebels of the world.
