Let us introduce you our Lobster roll. A classic on the menu, for many reasons. The lobster is sitting comfortably between little gem lettuce on a soft and squishy bun and is covered with dutch mayonaise. Finally, we top it off with black sesame seeds and edible flowers.

Let us introduce you our Lobster roll. A classic on the menu, for many reasons. For our lobster roll we use canadian lobsters. Not only because they are one of the best quality in the world, but also larger than ones growing in warm waters. The lobster is sitting comfortably on a soft and squishy bun between little gem lettuce and is covered with dutch mayonaise. Finally, we top it off with black sesame seeds and edible flowers.

Fantastic news! After a long wait, Maris Piper Chef's Table will be open again from this Friday, October 7th!

Enter Maris Piper through the private entrance and step into our prestigious Chef’s Table dining area. Overlooking the buzzing brasserie, but limited to only 12 guests at the deluxe kitchen counter, let our chefs take you on a culinary journey that is intimate, personal and truly unforgettable.

The chefs personally serve a carefully composed 9-course menu, featuring complimentary highlights from the Maris Piper brasserie menu. Wine lovers will be guided by sommelier Anne de Boer, who creates remarkable wine pairings with a variety of natural and classic wines of the highest quality from their most notable years.

From October 7th, the Chef's Table is open for dinner on Friday and Saturdays. Will you be one of our first 12 guests this weekend?

Dear guests,

We would rather not, but unfortunately we have to close the doors of Maris Piper from Monday 29 November until Sunday 19 December. It is not possible for us to offer you the experience as we like to do at Maris Piper, within the set opening hours. We hope to welcome you back from December 20, and look forward to pampering you with a delicious lunch or dinner.

This Saturday we are open until 8 pm and Sunday until 5 pm. We hope to see you this weekend!

Did someone say Cheese? 🧀

Well, we certainly get a big smile on our faces when our cheese platter is being served!

We select the most delicious cheeses from who provide us with the finest cheeses that the season has to offer.

Our favourite cheese at the moment is ‘Fransje’: a fresh, Dutch cheese made by Eva Mathilde, on the outskirts of Amsterdam. On purpose, she doesn’t add herbs so that the taste of the cheese remains as pure and close to the origin as possible. In this way, you can taste the organic milk of the Blaarkoppen cows from Kockengen.
