Oorspronkelijk is het bedrijf begonnen als groothandel in slagerij benodigdheden, maar gaandeweg veranderde dit in een groothandel van horeca benodigdheden. Dit is BOB!
BOB is een ultra compacte vaatwasser, die je vrijwel overal kan plaatsen: thuis, op kantoor, in de camper, op een studentenkamer, enzovoort.
BOB heeft geen vaste wateraansluiting nodig en verbruikt slechts 2,9 liter water. En de afvoer hang je in een emmer of spoelbak.
Een kort programma duurt slechts 20 minuten.
En BOB communiceert met wifi, is uitgerust met een speciaal UVC reinigingsprogramma en is ideaal voor max. 3 personen.

A week ago we got a test-book and cooked delicious dishes from it: ansjovis with orangepeel, white beens with tuna salad, crostini, pears with peccorino and last but not least crespelle.

A tarbot clamp for grilling has come in and has got our juices going!
It reminded us of the delicious tarbot grilled in San Sebastian and Bilbao.
And of the fact that this beautiful new Moro cookbook about Spanish cuisine has just been published. Dutch version wil come in februari but I promise it is worth the wait!
