𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚: "My biggest inspirations are my mom and our Executive Chef Janeth. My love for cooking started with my mom in Ceuta, Spain, where we bonded over preparing meals for our big and close family. Now, working with Chef Janeth, her leadership fuels my ambition. I aspire to embody her professionalism and dedication in the future.

𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚: "Along my journey to becoming a chef, I've been fortunate to have several women who've been incredibly supportive. My family, especially my mom, aunts, and little sister, have played a huge role. Each of them brings something special to the table, and I've picked up valuable lessons from all of them."

𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡: "My mom has always been my inspiration. In Venezuela, she became a skilled cook through self-taught methods and cooking classes. Her journey from home cook to successful pastry chef and business owner fueled my passion for cooking. I am proud to have followed in her footsteps."

𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚: "My sister Laura inspires me every day. Her journey from Spain to Amsterdam inspired me to pursue my dreams. Together, we navigate life in a new country, supporting each other every step of the way. She's not just my sister or colleague; she's my strength and motivation."

𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚: "My mom is my role model. In Venezuela, she raised me by herself and always made sure had everything. She is such a strong and empowered woman, and we always spent a lot of time in the kitchen. That's when I discovered my passion for cooking.
