We are so proud of the , who made the ESC Congress 2024 London such a success. This year we constructed temporary rooms, and provided AV in 16 presentation areas; including the 3000 pax Plenary room, Digital Health Stage (through Silent Disco headphones), ESC TV, the Global Stage, 10 lecture rooms, and 4 open rooms where we introduced the 'Sound Absorbing Cylinders' which improved audio quality both in and outside the open rooms.

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) is the world’s largest organisation of physicians dedicated to fighting heart disease and their annual congress is where the world's leading cardiology experts convene to transform patient care and advance the field through ground-breaking research, pioneering technologies, and collaborative initiatives.

ACS was proud to help facilitate the 40th Annual Meeting for ESHRE - European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

ESHRE welcomed 12,677 delegates to RAI Amsterdam during this 4-day event at the beginning of July, where participants enjoyed insightful sessions and connected with experts and peers from around the globe..

ACS provided a combination of room setups and smaller session rooms, as well as the main projections and audio throughout the event.

Well done in delivery another successful event in RAI Amsterdam. ACS has been working with GreenTech since their first European edition. GreenTech is the global meeting place for all professionals involved in horticulture technology. focuses on the early stages of the horticulture chain and production issues relevant to growers.

ACS supplied the AV throughout the 3-day meeting, including the Vision Stage, Tech Theater, Medicinal Plants and Vertical Farming. We also provided AV facilities at Innovation Zone/Meet The Xpert, First Floor Lounge, the GreenTech Party and the Speakers' Center. We were also able to make more than 50 exhibitors happy with an LED screen for their exhibition stands.

It's great to be back again at Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center, working with FENS for their annual congress; FENS Forum 2024.

Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) aims to increase awareness of the importance of brain research in Europe and beyond.

The has been working hard to make sure that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. Not only, did we build a temporary Plenary Room for a capacity of 3900 delegates, but also an open theatre, and the AV for six fixed session rooms.

We have also been supporting the congress speakers with our own Presentation Management System, and setup several overflow areas to increase the seating capacity of the ongoing sessions.

ACS was delighted to support the HLTH conference this week in the RAI Amsterdam. ACS supplied the AV in the congress centre, the Amtrium, as well as more than 100 screens in the exhibition area.

HLTH is the most innovative healthcare conference in the United States and this event was their first time in Europe. HLTH offers the opportunity for healthcare professionals, companies, and researchers to come together to discuss how technology can make healthcare even smarter, using virtual reality for pain management and technology to meet the growing demand for care and remote nursing.

It's always a joy to look back on a successful congress and the Annual Congress for European Hematology Association (EHA) in IFEMA MADRID last week is no exception.

A huge thanks to all of the who worked so hard to ensure a smooth running operation, and also to our partners and associates European Hematology Association, Interplan Congress, Meeting & Event Management AG EA Exhibitions, and M Events Cross Media GmbH for the excellent collaboration in making such a success.

ACS provided 8 fully equipped temporarily constructed session rooms, including the plenary room with a 3000 seat capacity. Widescreen projections, sound and camera technicians throughout the 4-day event, as well as more than 50 satellite symposia on the first day.

We also supported the special debate sessions for a grand stand of 120 people, with a full camera setup that provided livestream viewers a great impression of the sessions. We also supplied touch screens for the EHA Hub and LED displays in various offical EHA areas, in close cooperation with EA Exhibitions,

ACS was given the challenge to build a plenary room for 600 people and 5 sub-session rooms in an old warehouse with no facilities in a unique location in Vlissingen. Commissioned by Euroforum, with the collaboration from NedZero, ACS transformed the location into an atmospheric event environment.

ACS is closely aligned with the sustainability goals from NedZero, and is honoured to supply their AV knowledge and expertise at such an important conference; 2024.

It was a great pleasure and honour to help facilitate the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology - EAACI Annual Congress 2024 last week in Valencia, Spain.

ACS constructed the 1500pax (temporary) plenary room, the Innovation Hub open theatre and 5 additional temporary session rooms. We also provided AV throughout the congress, including a large 12x4 metre LED wall for the lecture sessions.

The 4-day congress welcomed delegates from around the globe and held 150 scientific sessions designed to inform, inspire, and innovate.

What a great way to start in Graz with...

ACS is delighted to be attending Association World Congress for some truly inspiring meetings. It is wonderful to be connecting with new industry contacts and of course getting together with valuable Associates.

ACS was delighted to share some of its commitment to the Justdiggit programme with the Hotel Okura Amsterdam, by allocating 5,000 m2 of its pledge to regreen degraded land in Kenya. This is done through harvesting rainwater that regenerates soil, benefiting the community, the environment and ultimately the planet. This is an additional allocation to the 10,000 m2 that was made on the hotel's behalf in 2022.

Thanks to Femke Weller, Deputy General Manager at Hotel Okura Amsterdam and Ivo de Beus, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Okura Amsterdam for accepting the certificate of this commitment from Jessica Ylstra, Managing Director of ACS.

ACS masterfully demonstrated how to setup two separate stages in the same room - at a stunning Gala dinner at Hotel Okura Amsterdam. One stage was used for the speakers, award ceremony, dance performance and string quartet, while the other was used for the band. The hotel foyer and Grand Ballroom were redesigned to include a cocktail reception, gala banquet and dance floor. Thanks to Ovation Global DMC, Boozed and Van der Maarel Eventstyling for their joint efforts in making this such a superb event.

ACS was delighted to support the Intertraffic Amsterdam event at the RAI Amsterdam again this year.

ACS built 4 temporary rooms in Hall 7, supplied our own Presentation Management System (PMS) for all the speakers, placed a LED wall in the main room, and a silent disco in another. We supplied all the AV for a small open round theatre and high-level screens in Hall 5, as well as lights, gobo projections and 5 mirror balls for the Exhibitor Party.

We’re so happy to be visiting IMEX 2024 - Meeting old and new friends!

The impressive back projection onto the large 18x6 metre screen was just part of the behind the scenes AV that ACS supplied for the ACAMS 'The Assembly Europe 2024' meeting in the RAI Amsterdam Auditorium.

This 2-day event included 90+ Expert Speakers, 16+ Curated Sessions and 2 days of Training and Networking

ACS provided a half open theatre: Air Mobility Stage, with a 6x3.5m LED wall, LED tubes, camera and video recordings in two E-rooms for Amsterdam Drone Week which unites the brightest and most creative minds of the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Industry in RAI Amsterdam.

ACS transformed the Grand Ballroom in the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky - creating seamless visuals on both sides of the room. To realise the design from Identity, ACS made the technical design for the suspended projectors & lights using 6x 20k projectors with edge blending. A LED wall measuring 12 x 4.5 metres completed the set up for this room.

ACS loves to work with innovative designs and this week we are sharing a cube projection we made above the main stage at the 26th edition of the World Energy Congress at Rotterdam Ahoy.

This stage is where panel discussions took place, with audiences on all four sides. We supplied 4x 10k projectors, 16 speakers, with 32 moving heads, 24 profile spots and 4 cameras - as well as an additional 5 session rooms, and 3 smaller presentation rooms.
We also added creative lighting in the Ahoy Arena to create an inviting atmosphere.

At the recent Amazon Web Services Summit 2024 in Amsterdam, ACS provided all the AV, camera and complete show crew with camera for the plenary keynote session and spectacular opening in Hal 11. The hall was then divided into 3 breakout sessions. Each session having its own ‘track’, which was listened to on headphones. There were 2 additional breakout sessions in Hal 10, also supported by headphones. The AWS summit is unique with its use of more than 6000 headphones.

For the exhibition area, ACS worked with the RAI Amsterdam in providing screens for all of the booths, as well as support in the five Exhibition Theatres, including 110” videowalls and audio over headphones.

Today, we celebrate ‘Earth Day’ by paying homage to our valued sustainability partner, Justdiggit.

ACS has been working with Justdiggit since 2022, and has committed to regreen 900,000 m2 of degraded land in Kenya, Africa.

Their advances with nature-based solutions to regreen Africa and cool down the planet is something we ALL beneift from!

After a phenomenal edition of Next Learning congress 2023, ACS needed to exceed our achievements with this year's edition in Congrescentrum 1931, Den Bosch. For this assignment from Euroforum, we started with the design for a new stage setup, with the theme: 'Connecting the dots'.

With the help of our CAD drawing department and 3D specialist we produced a plan that met the budget and expectations of our client. With an organic white backdrop that curled around a green stage with rounded edges, we put together a visual masterpiece.

Together with superb sound, breathtaking lighting and a large screen, the feeling for the visitor was one they we will not forget in a hurry. Our team of specialist supported the client in all their technical wishes and made this event a big success.

Na een fantastische editie van Next Learning 2023 moesten we als ACS onszelf overtreffen voor de editie van dit jaar in Congrescentrum 1931, Den Bosch. Voor deze opdracht van Euroforum zijn we begonnen met het ontwerpen van een nieuwe podiumopstelling, met als thema: “Connecting the dots”.

Met hulp van onze CAD-tekenafdeling en onze 3D-specialist hebben we een plan gemaakt dat voldeed aan het budget en de verwachtingen van onze klant. Met een organisch witte achtergrond die rond een groen podium met afgeronde randen krulde, hebben we een visueel meesterwerk samengesteld.

Samen met subliem geluid, adembenemende verlichting en een groot scherm was het gevoel voor de bezoeker er één om niet snel te vergeten. Ons team van specialisten ondersteunde de klant bij al zijn technische wensen en maakte dit evenement tot een succes.

What a great way to conclude by presenting Marije koops with a certificate confirming that on behalf of European Association of Urology, ACS commits to regreening 25,000m2 of degraded land in Rombo, Kenya through the programme. This commitment is in addition to regreening 25,000m2 of degenerated land for EAU in 2023.
