In late September we returned to Brazil to visit farmers we have been working with for the last 4 years. Along with visiting several new farms, we got to spend time with our favorite producers, Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira of Fazenda Passeio, and Eduardo Ferreira De Sousa of Fazenda Pedra Preta. Amazing to see the hard work and creativity these world class farmers are putting into making beautiful coffee in harmony with the natural environment.

We tasted dozens of different of coffees, hiked the farms, learned details about the steps they take to preserve the soil, biodiversity, and larger environment, and ate copious amounts of pao de queijo. We’re extremely excited about the coffees we ended up purchasing from our friends, and we’re proud to serve them to you over the coming year!
