🌟 Celebrating this nice project from last year! 🎉 organised an international Distributors Meeting for COTY in Malaga, Spain. Two show days filled with immersive experiences from an amazing hotel. A huge shout out to everyone who contributed, we built a fantastic team of project managers, producers, show callers, performers, desginers, animators, light designers, stage designers and builders! 🙌🙏

Alain Dikken Joins Stream My Event 🚀

After three years of rapid growth, Stream My Event is pleased to welcome Alain Dikken as a Managing Director and partner. Alain joins us to further expand the company on the foundation of developments from the past years.

With this strategic move, we are gaining a fresh perspective on our business operations and an exceptional addition to our network, enabling us to unlock a wealth of new potential together.

We anticipate that the 'online-first' mentality and agility of Stream My Event, on the one hand, and the approaches and practices of established media, on the other hand, will form a winning combination. These are precisely the forces that are now converging.

Alain previously worked for seven years at NEP in Hilversum and also freelanced for Stream My Event in various roles. His vision, expertise, and energy have consistently resonated with us. This summer, we made the decision to take the plunge and progress together.

With this step, Alain aspires to "further develop leadership skills and provide innovative solutions in the dynamic media world."

Starting September 1st, Alain will join the management team alongside Thom Verdenius and Floris Porro.

Hard work pays off! Stream My Event behoort tot de snelst groeiende bedrijven van Nederland en mag zich officieel FD Gazelle 2022 noemen. De digitalisering van events werd aangejaagd door COVID en dit zorgde voor een snelle groei van ons bedrijf. Ook 'post-COVID' weten we de groei vast te houden doordat we meer kennis en kunde in huis hebben en een breder palet aan diensten kunnen leveren. De waardering voor event tech groeit nog altijd tezamen met de vraag naar stabiliteit en kwaliteit van uitzenden. Daardoor hebben we in 2022 een aantal erg leuke en grote projecten mogen doen. Onze dank gaat uit naar onze klanten voor het vertrouwen en ons interne team en uiteraard ook onze freelancers voor hun inzet!

For this hybrid event we travelled to Paris. It's always a compliment to be brought in from abroad for a production with such a big focus on online.

We captured a performance by in and streamed it to dozens of in house screens via narrowcasting.

Due to Covid regulations, the Lumion Lyceum had to present their school to parents and future students via a live broadcast enabling them to interact with the team of teachers.

Zarayda talkshow is an inspiring show for many covering both serious as well as casual topics. Most of which you don't hear in regular shows. Great having you ! 🙌

Floris is our second hire and also our second Floris. That's why we call him by his last name. Houwing is one of our senior producers, he is very dedicated and a good laugh as well. The latter clearly shows when he's performing his best act: Imitating show hosts of local pirate radio channels. Merely to be performed post production but success guaranteed!

Stream My Event collaborated with and .eu on the first edition of Business Insider Live - a talkshow revolving around business and finance. Joost Hoebink hosted the first edition on Crypto featuring amongst others.

Startup Bootcamp is an established name in the startup world. They are a well known European startup accelerator. They initiated the move towards online accelerator programmes already pre-Covid already hence the great fit between SBC and SME. In order to spice up their online Demo Day events (pitching to investors) we have created a custom design for their event. Participating teams were pitching from their home offices and the broadcasts were shared via an invite only link as well as LinkedIn live.

Glenn is one of our tech geniuses. He eats technical challenges for breakfast and always carries an entire stack of cables and converters. We believe he stores them in his kick ass beard.

OPEN 2021 🌱

During OPEN 2021, an initiative of Coca-Cola in The Netherlands, all participants, experts and policy makers discussed important sustainability themes that concern us all. This event was the fifth edition of OPEN and the first one that was completely digital. During this last edition Stream My Event coordinated the livestream. For this special occasion, a circular and sustainable location in Rotterdam (a former swimming pool) was transformed into a live studio.

PROPAGANDA PRODUCTIONS provided Coca-Cola with online content for several social channels.

Meet our producer Julissa. She’s not only experienced behind the camera but also in front of the camera. She has lived in Mexico and New Zealand, speaks Spanish fluently and has a great eye for design.

In collaboration with Léon Event we have produced a full blown Tonight Show for Coty Inc. in a matter of weeks! 📺

Our creative partner PROPAGANDA PRODUCTIONS produced all video content for their campaign. Apart from the live stream itself, SME provided for the studio sourcing, online event platform, stage design, photography and catering. The big show was of course streamed live from the Stream My Event Studio.

SME is being recognized by various schools in the country as a great place to learn. We have hired a couple of hard working interns right before the start of this event season. Swipe to meet them.

First we have Rick van Breemen. He has already proven to be a hard worker and a very fast learner. Fun fact about Rick: He has an identical twin brother who also works with cameras!

So next up is Rik Hartman. (Yes, this is a phonetic challenge, especially after already having and in our team). Rik is very high energy, highly motivated and has a great sense of humor. Fun fact about Rik; he was born in Australia!

And last but certainly not least we are introducing two (even more) youngsters: Maurits and Jordan. These two boys might be young but they are very bright and motivated, especially for their respected ages.

Maurits van Beek is not only tech savvy but he is also very handy and likes to help building stages for our productions.

And his classmate Jordan Hemminga is very interested in the Vmix switching software. But not only that, he has an insane all terrain race bike to show off with.

The (online) event season has officially started! Big shows, hybrid conferences and talkshows - we are working our streaming-butts off. And all the hard work we’ve put into Stream My Event Studio is finally being shown to the world. Happy days!💥

This week will take place at . The Self-Made Summit is an annual business event for ambitious women looking for business growth, personal development and inspiration.

Previous year, Stream My Event has successfully converted this event into a hybrid edition due to the restrictions. All online visitors were able to connect with each other through the personalized Self-Made Summit platform. This way, all visitors still had the opportunity to instantly connect and ask questions to over 30 female speakers.
