Killka, an old Andean word for “entrance door”, is the cultural and gastronomic center of Bodegas Salentein. The Killka wines are distinguished by the fruity character, good structure and pure expression of the grape.

The grapes used for Killka come from several selected plots of the Fincas “El Oasis” and “La Pampa”, located at different altitudes, each with their own diverse soil types and geographical characteristics.

“Vengo de familia de inmigrantes italianos y me he criado toda mi adolescencia en el campo. Conozco el campo y estoy en una relación estrecha con los animales, con nuestras vacas. Es por eso que no solamente sé muy bien cómo cocinar la carne a la parrilla sino que también sé exactamente de dónde vienen nuestras carnes. La carne que ofrecemos en Luna es carne fresca importada de los campos Argentinos y proviene de vacas criadas al aire libre, sin límites de superficie y que se alimentan de pasto. Esta es para mí una de las claves fundamentales que nos permite ofrecer un producto de una calidad superior como el que ofrecemos en Luna.”
