Say hola to one of our newer members of the Rodeo family! Working for 7 months as on of our bartenders. He brought his restaurant experience with him all the way from Spain. And we can see this!

Miquel came from Mallorca to Eindhoven for his studies. During the day he is in the books. During the evening he is making you the best cocktails, vinos, sangrias and cervezas! 🍻

‘’I was looking for a restaurant with a friendly environment, and right from the beginning I knew I find that place. In addition, I was feeling a bit familiar with Rodeo due I am Spanish and it is an American Latin grill.

I work behind the bar, preparing and serving the drinks, and I really enjoy that position. Seeing my guests enjoy their drinks and food gives me a fulfilling feeling.

I really like the environment among the colleagues. I think that we all have fun and at the same time we work hard. I think our guests can, somehow, feel this energy.

Since I started working in Rodeo I became more social, not only in my job, in my personal live as well. I’m happy to grow business wise and on a personal level.’’

Another sunshine of the Rodeo fam! Already here for 3 years. Dana is one of our experts in service. 🙌🏻



“Rodeo was my first catering job. I was ready for a new challenge and Rodeo seemed like a suitable place.



My favorite thing to do is working in the service. While working in service, you have a lot of contact with guests, which allows you to have nice conversations with them. Besides this, you have many different tasks that you have to do in the service, which keeps the work varied.



What I like about Rodeo is the friendly team/colleagues who work well together and always ensure, despite the crowds at Rodeo, that the guests have a fun and enjoyable evening. I also find the ambiance and music at Rodeo very pleasant.



Working at Rodeo has taught me to be less shy and more confident. I take this with me in everyday life and I am very happy with that.”



Our “Speedy Gonzales” will do everything she can to give you a great evening. Always up for a chat at the table, despite the crowds. This gives our guests an extra personal service, which also makes us very happy! 😊 💛

Our Rezah has been part of the Rodeo Fam for almost 3 years! A real addition to our team. 💛

Walking food, being a bartender, serving guests, nothing is too much for Rezah.

“After my bartending training in Greece, I wanted to work in a nice restaurant in Eindhoven. Since I always came to Rodeo as a guest for dinner, this seemed like the perfect place.

Giving our guests an unforgettable evening, that’s what i love to do. This in combination with a close-knit and fun team makes the work extra fun. There is something different to do every day. This diversity also makes it a lot of fun for me.

Thanks to Rodeo I have become much more social than before. I also take this into my private life. I am very pleased with that.’’

Meet the team; Ilyes!

Where shall we start? 6 years ago Ilyes knocked on the doors of Rodeo. No restaurant experience, he just wanted to earn some extra money. Started as a part-time dishwasher, continued to grow to full-time assistant manager of Rodeo Eindhoven. And we are so proud of that! 🙏🏻

“What I like about Rodeo is the crowds, the extensive menu that allows us to receive different types of guests and of course the delicious dishes.

What I enjoy most about my job is managing the team, working together as a team to give as many guests as possible a great experience. And being partly responsible for that gives a nice feeling.

I also learned a lot on a personal level. Taking responsibility in life, learning to separate business and private life, being able to read people and managing the great team of Rodeo.”

For already 4 years Thomas is working in our kitchen. And we are super happy with that!

‘’I started working at Rodeo because they offered me new opportunities to grow, not only as a cook but also on a personal level.
The thing that I like the most is pushing myself every day to be able to offer top gastronomy to our guests. It is a fun challenge to perform at our best every day.
Something else that i really like about Rodeo is that my colleagues really take the time to teach me something, there is really room and time to grow and that makes me feel good! You just have to want it yourself!’’

Time flies. Jullian has been working with us for 5 years now. And we are very happy with that. He is always at the table with positive energy. And our guests notice this too. 🤩

This wine has an intense ruby red color. Complex aromas of fruit, plums, cherry jam and slightly spicy on the nose. This wine has a full body, soft and rich in the mouth with fine tannins. Flavors of cocoa, coffee and vanilla emerge. 🍷
