We made the selection for all sessions and the list is amazing: more than 100 different beers, wines and ciders per session are here to choose from, by the glass. A lot new beers and new flavors to discover!

Unfortunately the beers from SARA and Nebuleus won't make it in time... We really tried and pushed, but the boat didn't leave on time to make it.

Chapter XXV

Our next beer marks the 25th chapter of our story. Since it is our 25th release we almost immediately thought to do a 'classic' hop combination for New England style IPAs.

That's why this New England Style DIPA (8%) is generously double dry hopped with two of our favorite hazy style hops: Galaxy and Mosaic. This duo complements each other well as some of the more tropical, punchy hops available. For smoothness and haziness we use a good dose of oats and wheat. London Fog contributes to the velvety mouthfeel and supports the hops beautifully with its ester profile. Expect aromas and flavors of citrus, peach, mango and passion fruit in your glass!

Bierselect Groningen is een groothandel van speciaalbieren, bierevents, proeverijen en adviezen.

Ze organiseren tastings, geven bier-spijs advies en ze staan regelmatig op evenementen met hun speciaalbieren. Zaterdag 23 april zullen zij bij ons op Bierfestival Groningen aanwezig zijn.

The complete cidery/meadery from Berryland Cidery in Kiev is destroyed in the current war inUkraine. Vitalii Mead would come to Groningen for Wild Festival Groningen but thats impossible now.
Vitalii is save, but with this fundraising we want to help him go through these dark times, and together with you we can give some hope for the future!

The first auction was made possible by Jean Van Roy / Brasserie Cantillon and already raised €1.550,-

To enable donations from all over the world we started this Go fund me page.

Deze week zou eigenlijk het Wild Festival plaatsvinden, welke helaas is afgezegd. Wij hadden zo veel zin om de fantastische bieren van Bofkont en Antidoot te combineren met onze gerechten dat wij hebben besloten de lunch tóch door te laten gaan, maar op een andere dag. En wel op zondag 28 november. Vanaf 12:00 uur bent u van harte welkom en om 12:30 uur starten we met het de amuses en het aperitiefbier. U zult negen bieren en acht gangen geserveerd krijgen.
Na de lunch houden wij een borrel tot 20:00 uur, waar u bieren van onze kaart kan bestellen en bij Bierselect Groningen flessen kan kopen voor thuis!

This week the Wild Festival was scheduled. Unfortunately due to the new corona measures it was canceled, same as our beer lunch. But we were so excited to pair our dishes with the amazing beers of Antidoot and Bofkont, that we decided to reschedule the lunch. The new date is the 28th of November. You're welcome from 12:00h and we will start at 12:30h with the first beer and amuses. We will serve you nine beers and eight courses!
After the lunch there will be a borrel untill 20:00h, during which you can order the beers on our beer menu and buy beers from Bierselect Groningen to take home!
