Afgelopen maand zijn wij langs geweest bij de . Onder leiding van o.a. Amco verzorgd de Eetklub vers bereide maaltijden & catering.

Naast dat Amco zich bezig houdt met gezonde maaltijden bij , traint hij ook wekelijks bij .bastards om fysiek sterk te blijven. Als ondernemer is het natuurlijk fijn om naast het harde werken fit- & energiek te zijn. π₯

Casper is bij ons een aantal maanden geleden binnen gekomen als stagiair en inmiddels is hij sinds een maand officieel part of the Healthy Bastards family! π€π₯³

Casper had voor zijn stage bij ons al enige ervaring opgedaan in de fitness met o.a. het maken van training schemaβs & het begeleiden van mensen in de fitness! We merkten al snel dat Casper een hele goede match is met onze visie op gebied van trainen en ook met het team. π₯ We kijken uit naar zijn verdere groei bij ons als trainer.

Oscar doet zelf al 8 jaar aan krachttraining! Zijn expertise is het hanteren van een juiste techniek tijdens compound lifts & andere kracht oefeningen. De meeste van jullie hebben Yowa vast al wel eens gezien op de club, Yowa is bij ons begonnen als stagiair & nu is hij ook officieel part of the Healthy Bastards family! π₯³π€

Yowa is 26 jaar & een echte sport liefhebber. De passie voor trainen begon van kleins af aan met voetbal, toen basketbal en nu fanatiek krachttrainen. πͺπ»

De kracht van Yowa is dat hij veel kennis heeft op gebied van krachttrainen, voeding & bodybuilding. Wij kijken uit naar hoe hij zich de komende tijd verder gaat ontwikkelen als trainer bij ons op de club & zijn kennis nog meer gaat toepassen tijdens de trainingen die hij zal geven. π₯

Barbell pushups are a variation of the traditional pushup exercise. Instead of doing the pushups at the floor, you use the barbell to change the range of motion (ROM). With the barbell you can make your traditional pushups stronger or you can use the barbell pushups as well to learn how to do a traditional pushup with a proper technique.πͺπͺ
In the beginning a traditional pushup can be really hard, with the barbell pushup you can first focus at making the chest-, back-, core- & arm muscles stronger before you go into that traditional pushup variation.π₯

Nedlloyd Vo started personal training with us almost a year ago! So what was his first goal? Strengthening the back, because Nedlloyd had surgery for a hernia!
More than a year later, Nedlloyd has reached deadlifts as heavy as 145 kg and the end is certainly not yet in sight! So whatβs the goal you might ask? To the stars and beyond!π«π
During the week Nedlloyd has a important role at Hostnet and runs his own online marketing agency, including building and managing websites! And you definitely have to be fit for that. πͺπ»

Since Max was 12 years old he already knew he wanted to work in the sports industry. After high school he chose to study sports and exercise. After he finished that, Max did the NASM personal training course, where a lot of attention was paid to perfecting movements and correcting posture. ππ
βI worked for three years in Heemskerk, as a club manager. I enjoyed doing that, but this job had less and less to do with training. That's why I went looking for a personal train studio that focuses entirely on personal training. This is how I came to Healthy Bastardsβ.
