Hi all, we just completed the inspection and refurbishment of a singer 99 K machine. This is the nice review we received by the customer!

👉My Singer 99K was serviced by VintageSewingNL. The entire process was a positive experience for me. With the way VintageSewingNL works I felt assured that my machine would be handled carefully. They understand that your vintage machine is valuable and important to you and work with that in mind – an old part of my machine that had to be replaced was returned to me of course. Their team consists of experienced professionals who can be reached in several ways and are open to any questions or concerns you may have. I communicated with them through Etsy and WhatsApp.

Although I live close to Leiden I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to get my machine to them. I do not own a car and the machine itself is too heavy for me to carry. VintageSewingNL would pick up and drop off my sewing machine. Prior to inspection they thoroughly discussed with me what was to happen. During the service my machine was inspected, cleaned and oiled. Shortly after returning my serviced machine to me I received a detailed report via e-mail of all that had been done during inspection. The report included pictures along with information on what the condition of each part was. In their conclusion advice and offers for further, future repairs were given in order of importance. That way I know what is necessary for maintaining my machine in a good condition and what else is nice to have on top of that.
I am more than satisfied with VintageSewingNL's services. They went the extra mile to ensure my vintage machine will remain operable. I would definitely recommend them if you have an old sewing machine that needs TLC. 👉
