Voor aankomend weekend Leiden: Dit is het programma voor het weekend van 2 - 4 juni voor Masters of Watercolor 2023.

Enkele van de geweldige leden van IWS Holland zullen demo's geven, dus kom kijken! Zij zijn:
Carla de Korte-Bramsen , Dorota Bousquet, Darya Mitta, Jan Min en Dik Kusters .

De toegang tot de tentoonstelling en de demo's is gratis. We hopen je daar te zien!

Amazing start of our wonderful watercolor event, Masters of Watercolor 2023 !

The exhibition with great works in Watercolor by amazing artists was well attended.
We have had demos by Michael Solovyev, Roberto Andreoli, and a lecture by Laurin McCracken. Demo by Amid El Haddad coming up...

Some of the group took part in a Rembrandt walk through absolutely lovely Leiden this morning where the artists visited all the important places in Rembrandt's birth place.

The visit to the exhibition by amazing international and ballotted Dutch artists, the demos and excursions are free for you to participate. You can participate in the paid workshops by the amazing masters everyday (see program).

Join us tomorrow and Monday for more such delightful events at Masters of watercolor 2023.

Masters of Watercolor 2023 , Leiden, International Watercolor Exhibition:

Masters of Watercolor 2023 is an international watercolor exhibition. On display are the works of curated watercolor artworks created by specially invited 38 masters of watercolor from around the globe. The watercolor creations of 28 executive members of IWS Holland (International Watercolor Society Holland) will also be on display.
Entry to the exhibition is free.

During these days, many of the 38 international watercolor masters will give demos, which you can witness for free. There will be paid workshops by many masters. Take the opportunity to witness and learn from their craftmanship. There will also be readings and paid day-long workshops by some of the masters.

Invited guests will have the opportunity to participate in trips and plein aire sessions alongside the maestros.

Several wonderful art material sponsors like DANIEL SMITH: Artists' Materials, Baohong papers, Kaja art supplies, Van Beek, Windsor & Newton and Tintoretto Brushes will be present, so you can grab some art goodies!

Painting with the soul..... this what Ekaterina Maltseva is showing us all. The title of her work " Breathing" is telling us without words what she is transferring to her public.

His work Paso del Tiempo is leading us into the emotion of the past in a very touching way.

Angela Barbi.....well known in the whole watercolor world!
Her work : "Spain sunny Calella " is a reflection of her personal approach in art! Her way of connecting people in art is much appreciated by many .
We are very pleased that she will give a lecture on Monday 29 !
