The quality of dough depends a lot on the correct temperature of the added water . The tapwater temperature can vary a lot, especially between seasons and in different areas around the globe. Therefore, Baktec introduced her first water chiller in 1989, developed with the same quality standards as our water dosing appliances. This resulted in a technique which cools water indirectly by ice. This guarantees immediate and constant low temperatures. As the water is in a closed system, this system is also very hygienic. In 1988, we introduced our first digital device, the B88K. 🔙 It is the first device featuring the Injection-Mixing-Flow system, a unique software system and a revolutionary solution. This system allows for the individual and continuous control of each water supply (hot, cold, and/or chilled). With extreme reliability and incredible speed, it achieves the desired temperature within seconds, boasting an impressive accuracy of 0.4 degrees.
