Our fair has its own big mission - this is how we develop a culture of preservation (rather than consumption) and educate financial literacy. After all, they bring something valuable to the fair, which means that you need to take care of things you own. Then those things can be useful to someone else. Also, during the fair, you need to compare prices with others, attract buyers and count the proceeds. Development of entrepreneurial thinking.

Winter Is Coming! Children are already dreaming of putting on skates and cutting through the ice.

In December, sports will move from under the roof of our school to the skating rink. We decorate and maintain the city ice rink so that not only our students, but all the children of the city can enjoy their time there!

Teachers, like students, have additional activities for their development. Now we are on the verge of cooperation with The LEF (The Leiden Education Fieldlab)

This organization, founded for the experience exchange between educators at Leiden, creates many projects in the educational industry and serves as a powerful tool for teachers' inspiration and motivation.

Thanks to that TISA students will be getting from their own dear teachers all the knowledge packed in all the new metodics from the specialists of other schools. Isn't it great!

Today in our art lesson we discussed abstract art and paintings of Wassily Kandinsky, who was trying to make his art musical. He used colors, different shapes and lines to reflect sounds and emotions.
We learned different types of lines and brushstrokes and drew music as Kandinskiy: calm music with cold colors and wavy strokes, intense music with heavy black strokes and light and happy music with yellow color and rounded shapes. Finally, we’ve got our little abstract artists with their expressive paintings.

This week our teachers finished their Mental Math Training 💪🏼
Abacus is used in our mental math lessons which develop brain capabilities, along with math skills. Can't wait for TISA students to start learning in August!

Our students will have music lessons with our specialist music teacher, Ms Mila.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of instruments and play them!
