We are very stable and highly appreciated restaurant on hospitality scene of Leiden & surrounding. Nevertheless we don't idle and always looking forward to not only fulfill dynamic market's demands, but be one step in front of it, in order to provide our guests the best possible dining experience.

After 8 months of heavy lockdown we are fully back on track and therefore searching for new hospitality stars to join our international team.

As a steward/ kitchen help your main responsibility are:

Keeping back kitchen in perfect condition
Washing, sorting and bringing the dishes back to the front kitchen/ bar
Helping with polishing of silverware
Preparing desserts and half ingredients for the grill kitchen
Final cleaning of the back kitchen after service
Refilling missing items in the fridge for example desserts
Reporting to restaurant manager/ chef about missing items and issues during service
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry/ finished education or a lot of will and ability to learn quickly
Flexibility in terms of working days/ hours ( within late afternoon and evening)
Communicative level of English, Dutch and/ or any other language are definitely a plus
Living within 30km from Leiden
Owning BSN number and valid work permit if necessary
Ability to work individually, but also within a team

Preparing restaurant for service
Taking orders, register orders using POS system, serving food and drinks to the table
Cleaning the tables after and during consumption
Keeping general restaurant cleanliness in order
Help behind the bar if necessary
Refilling the wine fridge/ rack
Reporting to restaurant manager about missing items and issues during service
Advice guests on demand about food and offered beverages
Requirements:

Minimum 1 years experience in hospitality industry/ finished education or a lot of will and ability to learn quickly
Flexibility in terms of working days/ hours ( within late afternoon and evening)
Communicative level of English, Dutch and/ or any other language are definitely a plus
Living within 30km from Leiden

Preparing bar for the service in terms of MEP
Preparation and expedition of ordered cold& hot drinks but also simple cocktails
Washing the glassware ( dishwasher)
Keeping bar cleanliness in order
Help on the floor if necessary
Refilling bar stock after the service
Reporting to restaurant manager about missing items and active contributing in ordering process
Advice guests on demand about drinks or wines
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality industry or finished education in that field
Flexibility in terms of working days/ hours ( within late afternoon and evening)
Communicative level of English, Dutch and/ or any other language are definitely a plus
Living within 30km from Leiden
Owning BSN number and valid work permit if necessary
Ability to work individually, but also within a team
