#coach #coaching #yoga #nlp #positief #positiviteit #ondernemer #entrepeneur #Practicelifeonyourmat

This is a short sequence that you can do at the end of your practice, or by itself as a relaxing sequence. Start laying on your back. Pull your knees into your chest. You can rock a bit side to side to release the muscles. Come back to centre. Come to a happy baby pose. Open your knees to the side and grab your feet on the pinkie side off your foot. Your feet will point up to the ceiling. You can move a bit with your legs or stay still and relax. Try and keep your back on the floor as much as possible. Supra Konasana open and straighten your legs as much as possible. It doesn't matter if they are still bend. Push your feet into your hands and your pull your legs into your hipsocket. After a couple of breaths return to happy baby and feel the difference. Let me know how it feels. If you have any questions or requests, let me know in the comments. Enjoy!

This is one of my favorite relaxing poses. It is a supported reclined Baddha Konasana. Make sure the strap is around the top of your hip bones (not just your lower back). Then thread your feet through the other end. You might want to loosen or tighten the strap before you lay back onto the pillow. Support yourself going back. First with your hands and then your elbows. Do the same coming back up. If you have any requests for me, please let me know in the comments. Enjoy!

A new short sequence for you today. This starts with a hip/butt stretch. The more you move your foot forward ( increase the angle in the knee) the more you will feel the stretch. For some people folding forward is not an option at all. Stay upright when necessary. If you can fold, go as far as feels comfortable. I show a progression. After that swing your back leg forward and over your front knee. If you cannot get your foot to the floor, unbend your lower leg. Wrap your arm around your knee or progress to an elbow outside your knee or progress to a bind. Twist as far as feels comfortable. Untwist and grab your foot. Try to straighten your leg. How straight it will be, depends on hamstring flexibility. If your can try and lift your leg without your hands, engaging and strengthening your core and hip flexors. Any questions, let me know in the comments below. If your have any request for a sequence let me know in the comments below. Enjoy!

A sequence I have put together for my client. Unfortunately it cut out mid second aide. But at least the first side is there from start to finish. If you would like more sequences, let me know and give a comment below.

It takes practice, lots of practice, to hold a handstand. Like many things in life practice is key. The more opportunities you find to practice, the easier it becomes. So, practice...a lot 😉 #teamresolutionhs2018 #practicelifeonyourmat #yoga
