Take it from a Thai person, it's hard to find a really good, authentic pad thai outside of Thailand. But at Thai N Tea we make our own Pad Thai sauce which is good balance of sweet, salty and sour, not leading with any one flavour. We serve the dish with either tofu(Vega), chicken, beef or shrimps.
