Watch in wonder as designer Guido de Groot recreates on camera his first sketches for the explorer Lady Lene. Part of an interview filmed at the recent Cannes Yachting Festival, Guido showcases the art of multi-tasking too as he describes how this elegant 34-metre explorer met the owners’ requests in terms of ceiling heights, wheelchair access and much more besides. This short movie also reinforces what an amazing achievement it was for Van der Valk Shipyard and everyone else involved to complete such a project in 23 months.
