He visited Jumbo’s branch Calle 80 in Bogota where the first papayas with Liquidseal were placed and exhibited.
Excitingly, Jumbo Colombia is already using Liquidseal to extend the shelf-life of papayas, taking a significant step in preventing food wastage and become an example worth to follow.

En van samenwerking met het onderwijs tot integraal overheidsbeleid. Samen met de hele keten zetten we ons in voor een duurzamer, circulair voedselsysteem en gaan we voor 50% minder voedselverspilling in 2030!

Sustainable Packaging Solutions Save Money for Exporters Climate change is here and an all-hands-on-deck approach in the packaging industry is needed to make positive progress, writes Lia Bijnsdorp.

By invitation, Liquidseal participated in the Pro Ecuador Matchmaking event, organized by Juan Carlos Yepez Trade Commissioner of the Embassy of Ecuador in the Netherlands and PRO ECUADOR. Main topic: "Sustainability in Ecuador" organized by Sistema B Ecuador and Chamber of Commerce. The event took place on May 10 in the premises of the Chamber of Commerce.

An Ecuadorian business delegation was present at the event. We also met with other Dutch companies to share sustainability practices and identify business opportunities. The event was initiated by His Excellency, Ambassador Andrés Terán Parral. In addition, there was a presentation on sustainability led by Sistema B Ecuador.
To enrich the event, a cocoa tasting was organized by Paccari Chocalates. The event lasted until almost 6 p.m. where we concluded the event as an interesting step towards creating networks between Liquidseal and Ecuadorian business partners in the Netherlands.

The sales team, consisting of 7 locally employed people, recently underwent a three-day introductory training to prepare for their operations in the north and south of India.
