Our showroom is usually a combination of finished products, experimental textures and colours and prototypes of new designs. How to recycle CDs! ⁠

This table is made entirely out of recycled CDs! The legs are 3D-printed from the inlays, while the tabletop is a sheet pressed from cases and flakes of CDs by .

We only use recycled plastic as a raw material. One of our favourite waste streams are the CD cases that we collect in collaboration with Emmaus thrift stores and are sorted and shredded by . The transparency of the material is perfect for creating lamp shades like the one in the photo. ⁠

This versatile lamp is the result of a collaboration with visual artist . The shades are made from recycled CD cases, and the entire interior is designed in such a way that it can be completely taken apart and separate items can be replaced. ⁠

Our workshop is basically a candy store for plastic fanatics! ⁠

And of course also the best place to post-process printed objects and assemble them into finalized products. All products are thoroughly tested by our team before sending them off!⁠

There are many ways to play around with outlines in 3D and we've seen them all!⁠

By filling the outlines with a sustaineble sheet material, we are able to create large-scale logo's or letters to be used in all sorts of circumstances. We even have a partner who is able to add LED lighting so that your letters are visible in the dark!

Over the years, we have printed many different shapes and colours, but this is still one of our favorites because it is so many different things in one! ⁠

By gradually adding some colour or white material, we obtained this very naturally coloured orange. Some parts of the print are more translucent than others, making it a very interesting piece from all angles!

While we still love our regular sized Wavy Table, sometimes it's simply fun to mix up a classic. That's what we did with this low and broad Wavy Table. Perfect if you have a larger space to fill!

Some raw material!

Since 2021, we collaborate with Emmaus thrift stores to collect discarded CDs. These CDs are disassembled and shredded by , providing us with 3 different raw materials: the CDs themselves, the transparent cases and the black inlays.

Especially the transparent cases are a great material for lamp shades 💡

This summer, we started a very exciting project to collect and recycle old CD's and CD cases to new products! This project is a collaboration with Emmaus thrift shops, The Good Plastic Company, Cantor Circulair and Searious Business.

First step: collect as many CD's as possible. So hand in your old CD's at any Emmaus store nearby!
