After doing 12 episodes talking to coffee professionals I got some feedbacks from friends and listeners on the podcast.
Finally some "critics" I can use to try to improve the content of the podcast.
Mostly what I got was that, some coffee enthusiasts listening were getting lost in terms or vocabulary that we used in the podcasts.

That’s why I partnered up with Estelle and Tristan.

✈️ Back with Eva on a trip to origin to Suriname!

This big warehouse was in the late 18th and 19th century on a coffee plantation (Hugh Wright) Located in Paramaribo.

Slavery back in the days was unfortunately common practice. Coffee was the most grown crop back in this time in Paramaribo.

With your canoe you can visit the whole plantations, it is supposed to be fascinating and emotional. More info about it next week stay tuned.
