Made some lovely Smash tacos today on my new Karbon Steel Griddle! Just love the simplicity of these Tacos...
1. Smash your meatballs with your tortilla
2. Flip your tortilla burger.
3. Add your guacamole, cheese, vegetables and hotsausce
4. Fold your tortilla and press
5. Flip
Enjoy your meal!!

Don't forget to plan your Pulled pork ahead! It takes some time to cook.. this one took 18 hours... You can speed up the process with wrapping your Boston butt when it reaches the stall... It takes some hours off your cooking time.

A Kamado Cheesecake. It is all possible on the Kamado Joe! Instead of baking it in the oven you just use the indirect setup of your Kamado Joe.

Sweet and Spicy spareribs. I prefer to use the 2/1/1 methode where you smoke it for two hours, pack it up for an hour and use the last hour to glaze the ribs. All at 225f or 110celcius. One of my favorite sauces to glaze my spareribs is a 70/30 mix of sweet chili sauce and ketjap manis... As a little twist you can add your favorite bbq rub to the sauce!
