This year had many ups little downs…🙏🏽😊
In January my longtime dream collection Bittersweet manic nature gathered a lot of attention first through the interview by Dave Hoppema on the Antes site. Beyond grateful thanx to you and That took me to for the ability to present my work and telling my story on stage and giving it a platform. The amazing photography was done by .photography they all worked with me on this exciting journey I also want to thank all the artists that worked with me on this collection .schwendener Monsieur Salim Linda Zoon .by.mariken .poohh special thanks to Droom en Daad for making a dream possible! Finally this year from wore our magical red Bloodred priest suit in their magical three sold out concerts in .ahoy with just before Christmas a big cherry on a longlasting cake❣️What a year❣️Thank you all beyond grateful! Wish you all well for the Newyear❣️Hope to see you in the year to come… It will be a blast something from the past with a glimpse of the future❤️‍🔥

Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening created magic with the in .ahoy for three sold out concerts in a row❣️From goosebumps to tears from laughter to thrilling bombastic to small and sensitive, the lasers, lightshows, smoke, flames, visuals, pink confetti you name it it was all there what a feast for the ears and eyes. Not to mention the atmosphere! Ahoy Rotterdam exploded literally… the crowd went nuts and this surely was a night to remember for a very long time! Marcel, the Band, the Orchestra they create such magic you feel through your skin and bones… So exciting!

is an international model and artist. He was immediately in love with this beautifully handknitted cable sweater by Loes Veenstra R.I.P. Loes used to live across the designstudio of Caroline Suits that’s how we met. Loes was a very nice woman from Rotterdam full of stories. When I visited her quite often she would smoke, knit and drink coffee. Telling all sorts of stories from the old days which I love. She is truely missed. My Dad helped me to soevereign the old Dutch coins which I embellished on the sweater by hand. This sweater is a true historical garment with many memories…🖤🖤🖤

Wow! Today it’s fifteen years ago released her Debut Album Yellow brick road. The release party 1st. of September 2008 was in the former nightclub Nighttown then WATT. My absolute favorite song of this album is Do for love.
One of my many motto’s in life Do it with love otherwise don’t do it… That’s how Sabrina and I together created these designs at the time. The first drapy look in yellow and black was for the booklet of the CD. The yellow purple look was for the release party in WATT. Do for love everyone❣️ So important these days… And Sabrina keep going on strong❣️ I am so glad you are back on track… strong and healthy❤️❤️❤️ Michael
