This Saturday you’ll find Héroine’s chefs Michael Schoolk & Kjell Nieuwenhuizen at ‘100 Chefs by Gault&Millau’.
A culinary event, organized by Gault&Millau Nederland. Over the weekend, a 100 leading chefs from across the country will demonstrate their chef skills. All chefs are asked to create 300 signature dishes in amuse bouche format, that will be presented and served to the visitors!
