Tortillas hechas a mano!

We follow the ancient process of nixtamal and grind corn daily for our tortillas at breddos, using our trusty volcanic stone mill from Guanajuato, Mexico.

The heirloom,non-GMO corn we use is sourced from small scale farmers in Mexico and as the years have gone by, breddos has become part of a wider global community of taquerias and chefs seeking to preserve and connect ancient Mexican cultures through food. The farmers we support practise regenerative and diverse agriculture, which not only produces more delicious food, but is better for the community and planet.

We always have masa and tortillas for sale at our taqueria alongside a diverse selection of mexican salsas, totopos and of course, tacos!
