📱✈️ How to use roaming abroad

With the Mycall mobile plans (EU+, Global and Care), you can use all our services just like you do in Norway.

1️⃣ Make sure that the country you are traveling to is included in the list of countries with free roaming - EU/EEA countries and the UK

2️⃣ Turn on Roaming in your phone settings.

3️⃣ If the signal is weak abroad, please try to manually switch to another network.
In your phone settings: "Cellular data (Mobile service) -> Network selection -> uncheck "Automatic" and try manually selecting another network.

If these steps do not help, please call our Customer support at +47 967 06 160.
