I love challenges but this time I was scared. I was scared I might fall. I was scared I wouldn’t be able to control the wing. I was scared there would be too many foreign factors involved. I was simply scared. …but my boyfriend has a dream that I will Wing-foil this summer. And this is his first step. I Foil-surf already but never with a wing. I’m already scared as h… with just the foil, so adding another element to my insecurity is not tempting. Still I said yes to his challenge… After a few nervous runs I suddenly felt like I could manage… I let go of my fear and started enjoying. Maybe his goal may be reachable after all.
