To do so send an email to [email protected] This is the menu: Oysters with shallot reduction Scallop sashimi with fresh shiso and lemon Fried nori, sriracha mayo, salmon tartar Dark chocolates bites made by our pastry chef. Each of these dish will be paired with a small crafted cocktail by the Espier team!
