We're delighted to share that we've been named Lighthouse of the Month by Equinor for our outstanding results on the Hook Up project on the B36 platform. The project was completed with impressive efficiency.

This proves what we can achieve when we work as One Team. We're proud to be recognized for the contribution of each team member who made this achievement possible, both offshore and onshore.

: 8 years with Zero LTI on Goliat project 🥳🥳🥳

The Goliat project celebrated 8 years and 570,000 offshore hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI) last month and we couldn`t be more excited and proud!! 🎉 This result serves as an example of our commitment to safety and operational excellence in everything we do.

Since 2016, when Moreld Apply joined the Goliat project it has completed 570,131 offshore hours, including five major shutdowns. The 2017 and 2018 flotel shutdowns required significant efforts, with 70,000 and 103,000 hours logged, and a total of 603 personnel involved in 2018.

This outstanding safety record is the result of a deeply rooted culture of responsibility, teamwork and focus on HSE at all levels. Every team member, from management to field workers, plays a crucial role in our OneTeam approach, making sure safety practices are included in every aspect of our operations!

Congratulations to the entire Goliat team! Your dedication and hard work have made this achievement possible. Let's aim for 9 years without an LTI! 💪

This fall, we launched our Graduate Program; a two-year journey with 20 participants from different backgrounds.

The program aims to give exposure to a wide area of experiences, including formal training sessions, on-the-job learning, mentoring, and personal development initiatives.

By bringing together graduates from different disciplines, departments, and projects, we want to cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and cross-functional understanding.

From blueprint to reality; bridging education and real-world Engineering" - Erica`s story

Fresh out of university, Erica joined Moreld Apply for an offshore structure project. Her journey encompassed the entire project lifecycle from drawings, design, surveys and fabrication. A standout moment for her was when she had the opportunity to conduct surveys offshore to understand the operational challenges and real-life conditions her constructions would have to endure.

“It's not always that easy to know where you want to go after completing your education, and to be honest I think it was a bit scary. But it was important to me that the job would be interesting, educational and, not least, challenging - as a structural engineer in Moreld Apply, I got everything fulfilled” ⁓ Erica

Erica says none of this would have been possible without good and attentive colleagues, strong leaders and mentors she had the pleasure of learning from. She humbly looks back on the past two years saying they have exceeded her expectations and she is very much looking forward to seeing what the next few years will bring. So are we Erica!

Erica’s journey demonstrates how passion, mentorship, hands-on leadership, and industry collaboration bridge the education-to-practice gap. 🎓🔧🏗️

Exciting news: Moreld Apply has secured a contract from Equinor for the FLX Future Energy project 🤝

This solidifies our dedication to a greener future and highlights our strong ties with .

We've teamed up with Techouse AS to generate energy by using waste heat to create up to 10-12 MW of power while reducing CO2 emissions by 100k tons yearly.

This achievement aligns perfectly with our long-term strategy, emphasizing sustainability and emission reduction.

We're proud to be part of Equinor's journey to cut CO2 emissions by 50% before 2030.
