Reason: Updating outdated software (cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, PHP and MySQL)

Impact During Upgrade: We need to take down the server to upgrade softwares,

Also we are upgrading RAM to 128GB.

Impact After Upgrade:

PHP: You need to upgrade your website php version to 7.4 or higher.

Outlook: You may need to reconfigure outlook.

MySQL: You may need to update your database compatible with MySQL8

We are facing some potential problem loading the websites since yesterday due to between ISPs and one of their upstream providers from Airtel Telecommunications. We are in touch with the ISPs simultaneously to resolve the case ASAP and also IPSs are coordinating with their system engineers to resolved the case from their ends.

Kindly be informed that currently we are facing the problems from the below listed ISPs.

There seems and critical issue with Server Hardware so currently one of our server Server101 is down.

the server gets stuck in POST, has no video output and the NIC gets no Link. It seems like there is a critical hardware issue.
