Last weekend we hosted a relaxed backyard lunch, bringing together a great mix of individuals, including a restaurant owner, travel enthusiast, and culinary chef. With backgrounds spanning hospitality, we gathered to sample our soon-to-be-released new food items Among our guests were a writer of book “Timmur” and a co owner of , a restaurant that focuses on preservation of ethnic Nepali cuisines and traditional ingredients and chef , whose passion and skill in infusing Nepali flavors into his dishes shine. He also hosts a pop up events collaborating with different restaurants in town. Excited for future intimate lunches, uniting diverse souls around the table to share meals and stories
