Fullmoon developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidates with the following qualification.
Qualification
• Overseer with at least 2 years of experience or sub-overseer/civil supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in building construction
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be able to manage Construction Site
• Should coordinate with all stakeholders
• Should perform Quality Control protocols
• Should be able to work in flexible hours as per site activities
• Proficiency using survey equipment like total station and level machine.
• Proficiency using autocad and MS office

Job Description
• Supervise contractor/foreman for quality control issues (monitor construction work and ensure that work is carried out as per drawings and standards mentioned in the technical specification)
• Conduct regular inspection and asses the work performed.
• Liaison with Project Manager and Project Coordinator regarding construction work.
• Ensure that all the materials used and work performed are as per drawing and specification.

Remuneration
• As per experience
