'Eat less from a box and more from the earth.'

"We grew up eating Dhedo." You will hear a lot of baby boomers say this. Served in either buckwheat or corn option, Dhedo is a super nutritious but also the most underrated dish. Here in Tukche, we like to serve it with mutton, chicken or vegetable ko jhol (curry). Due to its nutritious and gluten free properties, it is making a huge come back. On this cold winter day in Kathmandu, let us give this soul nourishing dish it's due credit.

Thakali Mula ko achar. Tastes best with momo...or just about anything.

After 27 years of operation, we opened our first branch on the first of January in the heart of Jhamsikhel. We hope to welcome you to the other side.
