Celebrating 472 years of vibrant tradition! The Patan festival has stood the test of time, gracing us with cultural richness. Prior to 1805, the festivities unfolded annually, but challenges arose for the Samyak Guthis in resource management. Since then, the festival has blossomed every five years, ensuring a spectacular showcase of heritage and unity.

"Nepal's Towering Climate Change Adaptation Challenges," Dr. Andrea J. Nightingale delves into the pressing challenges confronting Nepal in adapting to climate change. Her insightful talk highlights the complexities and urgency of these issues, followed by an engaging Q&A session that sparks meaningful dialogue among the audience.

A unique and captivating talk on the esteemed female elders of the Newa community, the embodiment of the divine feminine, and the sacred locales within the Kathmandu Valley This remarkable presentation was delivered by oral historian Ellen C**n, drawing from her extensive research since 1986. During the formative years, I, Anjana Shakya, co-founder of the Purna Museum of Newa Art and Bodhisattva Gallery, had the privilege of contributing to this endeavor.
