Mushoor is excited to bring to you a talk show on “Urban Farming: Technologies, Opportunities, and Challenges”. In this event, we will be talking about:

The major urban farming technologies, their practice, and implementation inside and outside Nepal
State of urban farming in Nepal, growth opportunities, government policies, and support programs, and private sector involvement
Major challenges in urban farming in Nepal

We will be joined by Mr. Balkrishna Dahal, an extremely talented and experienced individual who has been developing and practicing his expertise in many different organizations. He is the co-founder of Mritika Agro Services, a service company designed to provide all sorts of agricultural services to all the farmers all over Nepal. Similarly, he is also the co-founder of Metro Kheti, a startup that works to promote the concept and practice of urban farming and provides A - Z service in this domain. Furthermore, he is also a member, mentor, and advisor in many other organizations like IAAS Nepal, Youth for Agri Welfare, Amnesty International, Miniland Children’s Club, and Nepal Scouts - Tri Jyoti Scouts group.

This event is supported by NxtGen, a non-profit organization with the primary vision to empower a multitude of events and ideas. NxtGen aims to expand internationally to empower
youths of any domain, irrespective of country and time zone, to conduct quality events, and to provide holistic backup in accelerating even their idea-turned-startups globally.
