In contrast, modern cooperatives have a more relaxed and open feel, with a focus on brightness and space.

Cooperative interior design trends have drifted away from industry-specific restrictions, favoring more contemporary styles in keeping with other retail enterprises.As a result, cooperatives' ability to create outstanding consumer experiences has grown in sophistication.

CONCEPT

The design concept is based on modern aesthetics, incorporating the cooperating brand colors into the design. The layout has been planned according to the intended functions of the building.

The peaceful atmosphere should entice people of all ages to visit the cooperative.
Customers must not be bored or believe that visiting a cooperative is a waste of time.
To maximize client traffic, the proper ambiance is essential.

Choosing a theme and developing a cooperative around it brings continuity and uniformity to the customer experience, and while customers may not understand exactly how a cooperative's image influences their experience, they will feel it.

The façade of the design features large, angled planes which give it a sense of hierarchy and contrast with the transparent glass exterior. The use of black and white colors adds to the overall aesthetic.

The automobile showroom is situated in the outskirts of ring road of Dhobighat, Kathmandu. The design of the façade consists of substantial masses and titling planes which reflects a hierarchical aspect of the showroom and is contrasted by the lightness and glass of the exterior. The use of black and white colour for the façade further accentuates the design elements in the project.

Newari Architecture

Nepal is known to produce intricate and detailed handicrafts, and one such skill is that of constructing detailed wooden windows commonly known as akhijhyal.

These intricate beauties can be found throughout the valley and in a few locations outside.
Houses are filled with these akhijhyals, especially in the old parts of town.

The amount of detail put into these windows makes you wonder where and how this skill came from and how long ago this practice began.

INTERIOR DESIGN

PROJECT x COMPLETED

Our goal was to redefine simplicity and minimalism in our design. A range of factors, including materials, vegetation, and lighting, guided our approach. We approached the project holistically, carefully designing the spaces based on their form and function and considering how each material could contribute to the desired atmosphere.

The design of the Space is spread across three levels, each offering a unique atmosphere that interacts with the environment.

The concept of the first floor is similar to the ground floor in terms of how it allows light to enter and how it is laid out for circulation, but it also provides additional privacy through the use of warmer flooring and wood cladding. The furniture is carefully placed to benefit from natural light and views.
