We are looking to hire a Website Support Personnel, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, functionality, and user-friendliness of our clients' websites. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for web technologies, and a customer-centric approach, this position awaits you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of websites, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement updates, enhancements, and new features.
- Handle client inquiries, providing timely and effective support and solutions.
- Perform regular quality assurance tests and implement necessary fixes.
- Maintain documentation of procedures, user guides, and FAQs.
- Assist in monitoring website traffic and user engagement, recommending strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure accurate and updated content is published on the website.

Requirements:
- Around 6 months of experience in website support or a related role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (like WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
