One of the highlights each year — rice planting! 🌾The kids had so much fun planting the rice and playing in the mud. After planting, they organized some singing and dancing, and enjoyed some well-deserved cold refreshments. A fun day, as always!

Making momos at Ama Ghar! The kids worked hard and the end result was beautiful *and* delicious.

The best way to end your day: Chocolate Meditation. The kids loved this activity, and they were good at it too! You just have to let the chocolate sit and melt in your mouth. No chewing!

Ajay, Rosina, and Sabin participated in Quest Trek in Langtang Himal. It was an amazing session where they made new friends, had meditation sessions, played group games, and discussed their aim and goals for their future. The trek helped them build self confidence, discipline, self-motivation, and leadership. And they clearly had a lot of fun, too!
