According to experts, each one matches exactly one type of sauce.
The “bow tie” pasta goes best with light and fresh seasonings, while the “tortiglioni'' should be prepared with meat ragu or amatriciana sauce. Penne-type pasta is more practical and adheres to easy-to-prepare sauces.

There wasn't always tomato sauce on pizza.

We know that pizza goes well with sauce, but before the 16th century, tomatoes were difficult to find in Europe. Tomato sauce was only incorporated into the dough after the ingredient became popular, being initially added to focaccias, which is a type of Italian bread.

Created by the famous Pizzaiolo Renato Viola, the pizza called Luigi XII costs a small amount of 8 thousand euros, or around $12,645. 😯💰

It takes about 72 hours to produce its dough. The shine of this pizza is in the ingredients: buffalo mozzarella, pink sea salt from Australia, 3 types of imported caviar, squilla mantis shrimp, 7 types of cheeses and lobster from Norway.

Anyway, all the ingredients come from other parts of the world, making this pizza something exotic and luxurious. 🍕
