fundraising oppourtunities for youth wellbeing...Walk the Talk this May
You know you're in the right track when nature delivers gems like this....🥰
Change can be scary, hard work and/or decerning.
But if you think of it more like the day sky or night sky you never see two clouds the same or two stars the same. Everything is unique to itself and always changing.... just like you.
Keep your faith, take a few deep breathes and go again.
It really is going to be ok...shine bright anyway!!

Why Cerule?
StemEnhance® ULTRA assists the body’s inherent ability for long-term self-renewal by supporting the body’s natural release of bone marrow stem cells. It concentrates and combines extracts from nature’s most primitive superfoods, fresh water microalgae and marine macroalgae, providing the body with the ultimate in stem cell support.
Stem cells occur naturally in the body and serve to replenish cells that are lost through normal wear and tear or injury. As a part of the normal aging process, our body’s ability to self-repair and maintain optimum health decreases due to a reduction in the number of circulating stem cells. Increasing the number of circulating stem cells is believed to support the body’s process of self-repair and self-renewal.

Some 20 years ago when I was a nerd(lol might be more I've aged a little) we studied the adult stem cell theory and there roles in the body. The scientist author then was the scientist in this company when I joined....wicked really.
I dreamed about this plant (looked like the tree of life in avatar under water), its lake harvest, marketing symbols.
Two days later a friend is delivering this product presentation at our expo-everything and more I dreamed...gave me goosebumps universe delivers, synced or what ay.
Long story short benefits for you today...these ASC are the body's building blocks created in the bone marrow. Move into the blood stream, then migrate to wherever your body calls for help, renewal repair and support.
A deep lake algae...extracted and potentized in tab and sachet form...oh and soon to be chocolate and energy drink.

To Bloody Right We Did …
I grew up in New Zealand and never once questioned my parents income, it was never a discussion.
We didn't eat a lot of fast food because it was considered a treat, not a food group.
We ate homemade meals consisting of meat, potatoes and vegetables - (which were not an optional choice). No vegetables, no dessert!!!
We grew up during a time when we mowed lawns, pulled weeds, babysat, helped neighbours with chores to be able to earn our own money.
We by no means were given everything we wanted.
We went outside a lot to play, ride bikes, bull rush was a thing we always had a full feild and beleive it or not no one got hurt, build damns in our awa, pick blackberries for our nannies, play with friends, play hide and seek, went swimming, fed the pigs. We rarely just sat inside.
Bottled water was unheard of. If we had a coke, it was in a glass bottle and we didn’t break the bottle when finished. We saved it and cashed it back in at the shops for a sweet.
After school, we came home and did homework and chores, before going outside or having friends over. We would ride our bikes for hours. We had to tell our parents where we were going, who we were going with and be home when the street lights came on!
You LEARNED from your parents instead of disrespecting them, and treating them as if they knew absolutely nothing. What they said was LAW and you did not question it and you had better know it!
We watched what we said around our elders because we knew if we DISRESPECTED any grown-up we would get a real telling off, it wasn't called abuse, it was called discipline!
We held doors, carried the shopping and gave up our seat for an older person without being asked.
You didn't hear swear words on the radio in songs or TV.
“Please and Thank you", were part of our daily vocabulary!
The world we live in now is just so full of people who hate and disrespect others.
Consider Re-posting if you're thankful for your childhood.
I will never forget where I came from and only wish children nowadays had half the chance at the fun and respect for real life we grew up with!
And we were never bored!
Copied and pasted 🤙🏽🤗🤙🏽

Walk the Talk is a virtual fundraising event that challenges you to support young people struggling with their mental health.
Choose a movement to do for 31 minutes every day in May and help raise $310 to help support our rangatahi.
$310 can provide six young people with 31 minutes of counselling support through our Helpline service.
Clock up 31 minutes of movement each day in May, and raise money as you go. You can sign up as an individual or a team and create your own fundraising page. From the 1st – 31st May, every minute you sweat will count towards your target.
There are lots of ways to take on the Walk the Talk challenge - along with walking, you can choose to Bike the Talk, Run the Talk, Swim the Talk or even Dance the Talk! Get creative while choosing a movement to do for 31 minutes for each day in May.
Line is still open, if you would like a last minute donation.
Thanks again!!

Day 14 &15
Had really sore feet after walking about the city centre exploring, learning, taking in the sights👀👀👀
Double takes and possums eyes of ritzy shops- buildings on Queens Street, K Road. Head spinning seeing so many high ticketed vehicles on the roads👀, bus lanes, road-tunnel works...must be a nightmares to navigate daily. I know it sucked just trying to find parking.
Worked up a sweat pacing up and down Victoria Street lol...dodging e shooters.
A real eye opener😥got a bit overwhelmed with sadness seeing our youth (our people) battle reality of street life...affects so many in society💔turned away, tucked in so many places😥
Upside...I did get to meet a couple of young buskers...yarn, giggle, sing, toe tap.
Gotta muscle on ay.....
