It's just gone eight months since my father-in-law, Lew, was killed in a shock accident. His death was the catalyst for change in my life and was a contributing factor to my decision to resign from my previous role as Principal Architect. Life is too short. Lew was my second Dad, my good mate, my business mentor, my go-to advice giver, my DIY guru and all round supporter of my passion for architecture. I've spent my time since trying to live life slower, process, restore my mental and physical health and find my zest for life again. At the end of last year I was contracting to @monkmackenzie and this year, I have been squirrelling away on a concept for a new coastal retreat for Lammas Architects. Toto takes her job as an architectural assistant very seriously, and is responsible for leisure and play activities in the office. As the youngest member in the office, Toto has a keen interest in cutting edge, modern barkitechture and in’terriers’, with a particular love of all works by Bark Ingels.
